Steve has amassed an in-depth knowledge and experience across a variety of industry sectors and covering all types of recruitment. He is highly proficient in permanent, contract, MSP & RPO models, and his management style has promoted positive and successful teams whilst growing and developing each business he has worked with. Following 12 years working with British Coal as an Underground Manager he moved into the recruitment industry in 1994 working as a Perms consultant and Manager within the technical sales arena. In 2000 he joined Roevin as the Manager of their UK M&E temp business before successfully setting up the company’s permanent division which grew to 15 consultants across 4 locations. After a spell managing a manufacturing perms business and a RPO contract at Millbank he joined Search Consultancy in 2010, where he developed their brand and reputation within the utility and specifically the smart metering market. Latterly he was a Business Development Manager at Carbon60 where he left in 2017 and now spearheads the recruitment business at Quantum Resource Solutions
